Our Roast-to-Ship Promise
Every bag of Coffee Heaven is roasted to order. We do not hold pre-roasted stock. This means that after you place your order, your coffee enters our roasting schedule within 24 hours — and ships the same day it is roasted.
This short roast-to-ship window is fundamental to what we do. Coffee is at its most vibrant and aromatic within the first few weeks after roasting. We believe you deserve to experience it that way.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (CET) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our roastery in Berlin.
Packaging
All Coffee Heaven orders are shipped in our signature matte-black packaging, designed to protect freshness in transit. Each bag is heat-sealed with a one-way degassing valve to release CO₂ while keeping oxygen out — extending peak freshness from roast to your first cup.
Our outer shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard. We use no single-use plastic in our packaging.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions for collection or re-delivery. If the parcel is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned to us.
If a returned parcel was caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout, re-delivery charges may apply. Please contact orders@coffeeheaven.com as soon as possible if you notice an address error after ordering.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at orders@coffeeheaven.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and, where applicable, a photograph of the damaged goods.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Returns
Due to the perishable and personalised nature of freshly roasted coffee, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
