1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Coffee Heaven website (coffeeheaven.com) and any purchase you make through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Coffee Heaven is operated by Coffee Heaven GmbH, registered in Berlin, Germany. Our registered address is Pariser Platz 1, 10117 Berlin, Germany.

2. Orders and Contract

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We will send you an order confirmation by email once your order has been received. A binding contract between you and Coffee Heaven is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund promptly.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Coffee Heaven does not store your full card details.

4. Subscriptions

Our monthly subscription service renews automatically each calendar month until cancelled. You may skip or cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at orders@coffeeheaven.com with at least 5 business days' notice before your next renewal date.

Subscription pricing is locked at the rate active at the time of sign-up. We will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance of any pricing change.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the exclusive property of Coffee Heaven GmbH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffee Heaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
